Name this molecule. We need the exact name since it's pretty easy to guess one of the trivial names.
As usual, there's a connection between Monday's molecule and this Wednesday's Nobel Laureate(s). This one is dead easy—at least it will seem that way once you recognize the Nobel Prize winner(s). The reward (free lunch) goes to the person who correctly identifies both the molecule and the Nobel Laureate(s). (Previous free lunch winners are ineligible for one month from the time they first won. There is only one ineligible candidate for this Wednesday's reward.)

α-D-glucose-1-phosphate, Carl and Gerty Cori.
What dunbar said. On a side note, Carl and Gerty Cori have a star on the St. Louis (MO) Walk of Fame in the Delmar Loop Area - a great destination for beer, food & music - near Washington University.
Cheers,
jimmiraybob wins the free lunch. (Dunbar is ineliglibel until next week) Come to my office at noon Thursday. RSVP by tomorrow.
I'm afraid that I'm going to have to disqualify myself unless there's airfare from St. Louis and hotel accomodations available. I figured dunbar would have gotten the lunch or else I probably wouldn't have dittoed him - didn't want to go for a prize knowing I couldn't claim it.
I hope someone else can still get it right though and get the lunch.....shouldn't be too hard.
In the meantime, if you're ever down hear I'd be more than glad to buy you a beer.
Cheers,
Technically speaking, I first won on Monday's Molecule #19, but I didn't collect then. Thus add a month, carry the one, voilà!
It'd be nice to have another lunch before I wander elsewhere for the summer. Plus, I really have to finish my meal plan this week or else Aramark gets extra-profit laden cash. What say we get lunch, Thursday noon-ish?
OK Dunbar, you're on. Your place or mine?

You may regret that offer .....
I guess it's easier if I find you.
