There are only a few countries that have the death penalty. Iraq is one. The United States of America is another. This indicates that Bush has had some success in making Iraq as enlightened as America.
I don't know if blogspot has a below-the-fold feature, or it may depend on which template you use. I can't recall seeing one on any of the blogspot blogs I read regularly.
You can set all of these features in your settings. You can assign how many posts will be on each page by going under settings:formatting. While you can't have a "below the fold" feature on the main feed, you can for your RSS feed if you go to settings:site feed (if I understand what you're talking about, that is).
