For scientists, some places are more "holy" than others. Here's the story of one such place. "The moral of the story is that 'place matters'."

It sure does. Surely there were very few places in 1950s and absolutely not a single one in 21st century that would have had a luxury of allowing a postdoc and an overaged graduate student submitting a paper to Nature without including all the bread and butter earners above them in hierarchy.; Tuesday, September 15, 2009 9:20:00 PM
