This video is making the rounds. It shows a ball girl making an amazing catch of a fly ball then casually tossing it to the left fielder. Too bad it's a fake [Ballgirl].
Hey Phil. If you go back and click on the link before the video, you'll go to the snopes.com page on why it's fake. You were dead on - they say it's a Gatorade commercial. :)
Forget CGI/edited videos and baseball catches - with a basket sized mitt it's hard to miss.

Blewett catches the ball just short of the boundary line, unable to arrest his momentum he throws the ball up, steps back across the line - saving six runs in the process, and then steps forward again to take the catch. This one is for real!
That Collingwood left me rubbing my eyes. It was a short pitched delivery that Matty too boldly went up to. That's an incredible leap. I guess upto >8'? Unbelievable!

That is pretty cool. What reason do you have to believe that it is fake?
Seems like it is part of an advertisement to me.

That Blewett catch is incredible. Equally amazing, though in a different way is Paul Collingwood catching Matty Hayden. A good slow mo:
