The following sentences are taken from performance reviews that were originally published in various places. They have often been brought together in a single email message that attributes all of them to the Canadian Federal government, the American Federal government, a large American corporation, the American military, etc. etc. I'm assuming that the site from the Kellogg School of management has the attributions correct [Sales Humor].
I may have to use some of them, since "IDiot" is losing its effectiveness.
These quotes were taken from real resumes, cover letters and Performance Reviews. Most were printed in the July 21, 1997, issue of Fortune Magazine.
These quotes are taken from actual performance evaluations.
1. "Since my last report, this employee has reached rock bottom and has started to dig."
2. "His men would follow him anywhere, but only out of morbid curiosity."
3. "I would not allow this employee to breed."
4. "This associate is really not so much of a has-been, but more of a definitely won't be."
5. "Works well when under constant supervision and cornered like a rat in a trap."
6. "When she opens her mouth, it seems that this is only to change whichever foot was previously in there."
7. "He would be out of his depth in a parking lot puddle."
8. "This young lady has delusions of adequacy."
9. "He sets low personal standards and then consistently fails to achieve them."
10. "This employee is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot."
11. "This employee should go far-and the sooner he starts, the better."
12. He certainly takes a long time to make his pointless.
13. He doesn't have ulcers, but he's a carrier.
14. He's been working with glue too much.
15. He would argue with a signpost.
16. He brings a lot of joy whenever he leaves the room.
17. When his IQ reaches 50, he should sell.
18. If you see 2 people talking and one looks bored, he's the other one.
These are actual lines from military performance appraisals or OERS(Officer Efficiency Reports).

15. "I have become completely paranoid, trusting completely no one and absolutely nothing."
16. "My goal is to be a meteorologist. But since I possess no training in meteorology, I suppose I should try stock brokerage."

These are a hoot. I know a fellow who was accepting resumes for his company who got one where, in the blank marked "Reason for leaving previous job?", the guy had bluntly written "Boss was an asshole."
These are great. On some days, I worry I may soon recieve something in line with the first category.
