This is a photo of a door in the corridor just outside my office. I've never seen it open. What do you suppose is behind the door?
- a dead Professor
- secret evidence that intelligent design is correct
- appeasers
- lots of dirt
- the Stanley Cup
- student lab reports that have never been graded
- Narnia
- the random genetic drift generator
- the graduate student lounge

Isotope contamination from a previous sloppy inhabitant, waiting out a few half-lifetimes before the room is usable again?
I should think the body of Patrick Lee lies there
RE the half-life theory: I used to work at an institution where this actually ocurred.
Given the symbol on the door, perhaps it was once a computer room, from which the cleaners were forbidden because they would do things like unplug computers, or accidentally get tangled in cords and knock computers over, or some other such clumsiness.

Nyah, that can't be right. We don't think Patrick works here any more. Nobody's seen him for almost two years.

That can't be it. The symbol on the door doesn't have anything to do with real computers.
Given that the show is filmed in Canada, it must be the door to Stargate Command.
