Yes. That's Why they ARE called IDIOTS.

Why pissed that there were no actual cartoons in the video.

I think the atheism discussion is much better moved over to the theistic evolutionists than it is towards the crazies.

I love the way they had the Jewish sitting sideways so we can all make sure we saw his little kippah... lol

It's quite funny. As usual the IDIOTS just trot out there usual nonsense.

Yes, the "cartoon" does clearly present the basis for ID thinking. But Christians don't all agree on this. Some Christians are evolutionists (as distinct from theistic evolutionists). They apparently take the view that theistic evolution holds God responsible for birth defects that result in deformed children.

PS: I didn't laugh at the video, so it wasn't a cartoon.

I think I'm becoming a big Stephen Meyer fan. Once he shows up in a video, you know the arguments are vapid and ignorable. It's quite a great help.

I say we start asking these IDIOTS for evidence for this "Intelligent Creator"

And how they clumsily pasted the video of him over a scene with Menorahs?

Stephen Meyer was definitely the one I wanted to stab the most. Bringing out the tired bits about "information" and declaring victory (for the millionth time in the last 150 years)? For shame.

Frankly, I think that some of the comments at the beginning of the video are spot on (except that adaptation is NOT the sole driver of evolution); evolution is not directed and hence poses a huge problem for "people of faith".

But the rest of it (e. g., that "evolution can't explain..." or that this "straw man version of evolution is bankrupt" claims are pretty stupid.

There appears to be a rodent nesting on top of Jay Richards' head.
