Homeopathy is not a 'wonderful system'. It's a ridiculous unscientific and anti-scientific lie that tricks the gullible into using something that is no more than placebo. If a placebo is not enough then homeopathy can kill. It only takes a little scientific knowledge to see that homeopathy cannot work. I have absolutely no professional respect, and little personal respect, for anyone who defends it in any way. It exists for the benefit of charlatans, the ignorant, and the stupid.
I vigorously second what The Rat says. Homeopathy is total bullshit. Anyone with the slightest scientific literacy is capable of medical expertise many orders of magnitude better than homeopathy charlatans. I have had the displeasure of trying to read some of the standard homeopath material. I was unable to finish it, and came away with an extremely disgusted feeling. All it demonstrated was the scientific illiteracy of its proponents. They either deny basic scientific principles of chemistry and physics, or warp them to suit their non-evidence based claims. Critical mass and his kind desperately need some science education. WKM
