Today's (Tuesday's) molecule is a new addition to biochemistry textbooks because its structure was only solved a few years ago. There are plenty of hints in the figure. You have to identify the molecule AND each of the seven activities that are labelled. Bonus points for the PDB identification number and the species.

UPDATE:Matt McFarlane got it right. Here's his complete answer.
Fatty acyl synthase is an enzyme important for fatty acid biosynthesis,
the mammalian FAS structure was solved using protein natively purified
from pigs, PDB=2VZ8.
Fatty acid synthesis involves MAT (malonyl-acetyl transferase) loading an
acetyl group from acetyl-CoA onto ACP (acyl carrier protein) which then
transfers the acetyl moiety to active site Cys of the β-ketoacyl
synthase (KAS). The now empty ACP is reloaded with an acetyl group by MAT from a malonyl-CoA and condensation and release of CO2 forms the β-ketoacyl product attached to the ACP. The ACP delivers this product to KR (Ketoreductase) which reduces the keto group to an alcohol, then DH (dehydratase) introduces a double bond with loss of water, ER (enoyl reductase) reduces the double bond then ACP delivers the product back to KAS with additional acetyl groups added by using more malonyl-CoA. The process is repeated until 16 carbon chain, palmitic acid, is released by TE (thioesterase).
