Drive-Thru at Timmy's

It's been ages since I've posted anything about the Canadian institution known as Tim Hortons. Here's a photo from cheezeburger.

  1. Rumor has it that some Canadians cannot spell the name of this chain ...

    1. In case anyone wondered why I made this remark ... he fixed the typo since then.

    2. Thanks. I originally wrote "Hortens."

  2. Heh, I first heard of Tim Horton's here, at Sandwalk blog. I finally made it to Canada last year - two trips to Edmonton where my brother teaches at UoA - and each time I had to get some coffee from Tim Horton's and thought of Larry.

    1. Gee ... that's so touching. :-)

Do you think of me at other times as well? :-)

I hope you tried the apple fritters and the maple covered donuts.

I bet you're going to be busy in the next few days.

  3. Yesterday morning on the way to my local Tim Horton's, I observed 2 rather large turkeys marching down the sidewalk heading away from the Tim Horton's.

Satisfied customers ? Potential menu items on the lam ? Who knows ?

Of course I did not have my cell phone/camera with me at the time.
