    By the same, you mean... Priority mail and First Class mail are not the same at all? Because in fact they are not the same. At all. I hope that is clear. If not, go try mailing something.

    This is a hoax; if these codes saved the Post Office time and money (as he says at 1:25)they would have have them easily accessible online.
