Electoral Compass

I'm a sucker for these things but take them with a huge grain of salt because I'm not an American. Some of the questions were very difficult to answer and I ended up having to guess what they wanted a socialist like me to say.

Why isn't Kucinich on the chart? How accurate are the positions of the candidates?

  3. Foreign policy isn't a separate dimension, but a theme. The theme is included in the application.

Kucinich is not on the chart, but does it matter. Did he had any chance at all in getting in office?

The positions on the chart are done by a group of students in Holland. Candidates are placed by using debate transcripts, election programmes news-articles and so forth. By clicking on the candidate in the political spectrum you can find the phrases out of which we determined the positions the candidates stand for.
