You just need to find out the rules governing the room: does it allow users to deliver sermons/seminars? Or is it reserved as a quiet space (study area)? You need to know this in order to decide whether to move in computers and tables or just chairs and an OHP. Either way, once you've used up the scribble space on the screen I suggest throwing it out and replacing with a whiteboard - they're re-usable.

Also, those bare walls need some scientific posters double quick.konradnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37148773.post-66166197442107661392012-05-09T12:48:46.082-04:002012-05-09T12:48:46.082-04:00I have the same ICR pirates poster outside my offi...I have the same ICR pirates poster outside my office (a kind gift from Jim Rupert)!Rosie Redfieldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06807912674127645263noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37148773.post-79637199516133065272012-05-09T12:42:56.542-04:002012-05-09T12:42:56.542-04:00The University of Toronto already has a Multi-Fait...The University of Toronto already has a Multi-Faith Centre. I checked out two Ontario universities and two Ontario community colleges; all four promote, on their websites, the availability of a quiet place to meditate or say a prayer. While students pay tuition at these institutions, post-secondary institutions receive substantial government funding.Veronica Abbasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07037599323472646996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37148773.post-27721637554739799542012-05-09T10:26:17.956-04:002012-05-09T10:26:17.956-04:00See Zak's post: http://canadianatheist.com/201...See Zak's post: http://canadianatheist.com/2012/05/09/its-a-beautiful-day-in-the-neighbourhood/Veronica Abbasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07037599323472646996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37148773.post-39891956071038146612012-05-09T08:43:28.609-04:002012-05-09T08:43:28.609-04:00wonder whether "multi faith room" allows...wonder whether "multi faith room" allows for atheists to enter/occupy and talk about issues accommodationism vs. gnuism or just have coffee there?Joachim Dagghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00985198925581721229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37148773.post-4555403716958430282012-05-09T08:29:05.003-04:002012-05-09T08:29:05.003-04:00Here's what I'd do:

Generally, floor space is at a premium. This room is going to be at a VERY low average population density. People can meditate, pray, self flagellate or whatever in their car. BIG mistake.
